Keisha Prosser, the brilliant woman behind Ree’s & Kei’s Mobile Cooking Teacher in Philadelphia, PA, is a culinary instructor that teaches healthy cooking and food safety workshops in the tri-state area. She has graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College with a degree in Pastry Arts. Her mission as a teacher includes providing hands-on cooking classes to her students. They would learn about the basic cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety, baking techniques, team building, history of food, basic culinary language, and bringing fun back to the kitchen. She's also a private cook who can make your dinner parties at home extra special.

Our Owner and Culinary Instructor

Keisha T. Prosser, aka The Mobile Cooking Teacher, is a native of Philadelphia, PA. Keisha graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College with her Associate Degree in Pastry Arts and has over 20 years in the food service industry.

Keisha is very detail-oriented, her attention to detail is superb, and she has a wide array of preparation ideas for a diverse menu of cuisines. She has taught over 100 boys and girls her healthy cooking and food safety tips every year.

Keisha Prosser has her ServSafe Certification and Allergens Certification. When taking the cooking workshop, Keisha will make sure you learn about the basic food safety tips that will keep you and your family safe. If you suffer from food allergies, you can learn how to cook tasty and safe meals that the whole family will enjoy.
